I like Skylar for her personality and assets
I also know that Skylar's personality is not for everyone, if the player doesn't get into the mood Skylar seems weird. Several characters in the game have a stiff personality, Skylar is more cheerful and less serious than others, which may make her seem strange for some players

I tried to compare the darkest secrets of the game with some movie, the most accurate comparison is Sin City imo. In the game we have corruption, secrets, crimes, like in the movie, with the difference that in the game a lot is based on the RM/love storyline and, above all, on sex

Skylar being in the background of the scenes reminds me of an investigative journalist who tries to expose corruption and the sins of people living on the peninsula. That would be the most unexpected plot twist
