you have to finish hospital quest 1st, that's long quest and then meet fiona at repair shop and ask her to spend time at mc's house and eventually things move forward.

Maybe on other platforms, but Steam would be incredibly unlikely with the latest changes they made to what adult games are allowed on their platform.
A lot of us were skeptical they would have even been allowed to put it up on there before they changed the rules due to the extreme nature of Chan-Mi's introduction and some of the other themes present, the Patreon intro would probably not help.

In the last update we get solid clues why Sakura hates Evelyn (previously these were only fragmentary hints). Sakura enjoys watching Alice humiliate Evelyn for revenge; she likes "seeing Evelyn get what she deserves."
Sakura's love for Fred must be immense if she's been harboring a grudge for so long and plotting revenge. Trish blackmailing Evelyn with Hotel Monaco and with her past isn't a coincidence. Neither is the guy in the RM mask asking Miro if he fucked Evelyn. It's possible Miro was supposed to provide the video to blackmail Evelyn.
Any attempt to blackmail Evelyn is not a coincidence, everything is more or less related to RM, i think. People say you can't escape the past, but now I see how true that is. Perhaps dragging Rachel into RM and blackmailing her will also be an opportunity for Sakura to exact revenge
I think the next meeting between Sakura and Evelyn won't be the most pleasant one.

Sakura is a brilliantly written character, the multi-layered nature of her storyline is done flawlesly; she can be a friendly companion or a worst enemy waiting for revenge for many years
