NOTE: The bug was when I built the package some of the extra files didn't get copied/added to the game, so it was missing some content and wouldn't work. It is fixed now.

The "extra" content is being integrated into the main game with each update....and the extra pack is never included with the main game anyway and you will eventually not need it. There hasn't been any new extra content in the pack in a quite a while ( v0.16.3 ).

OP says [v0.20.1 Extra]. I think this 'Extra' always has meant 'Extra content pack'.
But now, it should be [v0.20.1] because it requires Extra v20. (You can't use v19 from OP link)

Edit: FYI, there's a variable persistent.extraincl201 in the main game.
v19 uses persistent.extraincl191. So, they're incompatible.
You can't load anything from v19 extra pack unless you force the variable change.

Like I said, soon you won't need the pack.

IMPORTANT: From now on, all new extra content will be implemented into the story (they won't be a separate entity you get access to in a separate menu), nevertheless you still need to download and extract this archive! Previously added extra content will become available for all players only in next update.

So, since there hasn't been any new "extra" content since v0.16.3, you're not missing out.

And they also just haven't updated the links yet for it.
