This is only the first part of the update 0.20

v0.20.1 is fully focused on Jennifer and her main storyline, which will finally reach its conclusion in this update (though she’ll still have some side activities left!).

v0.20.2 will include everything that didn’t make it into v0.20.1 but still belongs to that arc...

As for the update: v0.20.1 will be released no later than the middle of next week.

The second part of the update (v0.20.2) is planned for the end of December.

ahh yes the new devs trick ....splitting long awaited updates into part , now....seems it's spreading like the rework curse...yea cuz waiting 5 or more years for an end isn't bad enough...that is why i stopped supporting them , and buy game only when completed..can't afford to be drained monthly ,sry. i mean , many AVN lasts long the waiting of GTA6 and Duke Nukem combined....

download both files, install and run the app, the rest happens automatically.
however, you still can copy the assets pack manually to the folder /RenPy/org.photo.hunt.the66/game on Android 11 and newer or to the folder /Android/data/org.photo.hunt.the66/files/game.

from now on my Android ports of Ren'Py games have a 2nd, persistent save location like Windows. if you uninstall the app, the save files and persistent data remain intact.
therefore it needs the permission to access the public external storage (or a new one on Android 11+), because it has to read and write outside its own external storage directories.
you have to grant the permission or the app is shut down.

It's only half the update, we get the rest at a later date (they stated end of December but take that with a huge grain of salt).
They decided to do half the update in order to get it out in their 2 month timeframe, but obviously we saw how that went.

and the extra pack is never included with the main game anyway and you will eventually not need it. There hasn't been any new extra content in the pack in a quite a while ( v0.16.3 ).

Not quite right, the "extra" content is now the paywalled side-girl content of each update, so last update you needed the extra pack to access the Chan-Mi and the Evelyn & Fiona club content.
So you will need it even more than before if you want to actually experience the entire game.
