Hey so I´v got a problem, not sure if it is a bug. I´ve played thru all characters exept fiona and my guide just says to check the messages to see if she did what I ask for. If checked and it still say´s the same thing and I can´t progress in her route. Any tips?

So, after I complete the main story, I cannot go back to the garage. It tells me to go to the abandoned hospital. When I do, I just get the same two events over and over again. Take photos or walk around. I must be missing something.

Do you have the extra pack installed? You should have 3 options when you are at the abandoned hospital anyway.
Chill, walk around, or take photos, not just the 2.

His upload was bugged if you grabbed it early and did not have the extra pack activated, so that is probably why you don't see option to let Fiona make moves on Evelyn.
