Well, I wouldn't do anything since I wouldn't be the one with the question. But I guess you just worded your post weirdly, since you said "Please tell me - who is this?" That sounds like you don't know who it is and want someone to identify the character... who isn't in this game. You could've at least included "fan art" or something so it was clearer what you were saying.
Also, sorry but no: I have no intention of trying to do fan art for this game. Go to town if you want, but I'm not going to do anything just b/c I don't think the renders look like anyone in this game.

I can't say for sure why you yourself might not be, but I definitely saw additional content for v0.25. Are you using a mod? If that's not been updated by the modder, or if the mod has an error, it makes sense what you're seeing might be expected.

I never use mods so don't bother to look. If there's a mod for this game (like linked from the OP or somewhere in the thread), and you are currently using that (like a walkthrough mod or something), that mod could be behind. If the mod someone has is for v0.24 and the player is trying to continue with v0.25, anything after v0.24 would be missing, since the mod hasn't been updated yet.
Ofc, there's always the simpler possibility that Qalx mentioned: have you tried continuing to turn pages in the quest tracker, making sure you've gone to the actual final page and not stopped turning pages early? New quests always show up at the end of the current LI's listings, so over time you need to turn more pages to see content from newer releases.

Nah, I'm gonna keep playing this game. I don't know about any "webs of this dev", but I've enjoyed the game so far. So I'm not going to stop. Sorry, friendo.
Now I want to download and play that game that much more. Thanks for the recommendation.

Nah not this game but its is a couple others the Monster College dev I'm sure their during even the script be almost the same.
This game has better animations than Monster College.

Well, they said specifically, "can't be done nothing about it". So apparently... even that wouldn't work on me? IDK; it seemed sort of a stream-of-consciousness post, TBH. Oh... and also, I'm apparently the creator of this game "disguised" or some shit.
