Old saves from version 0.27 won’t work — you’ll need to start a new game. Version 0.29 doesn’t add any new sex scenes, but it does include other changes and new content. More details are in this post.
Most likely everything listed below in the “Extra” section — the incest patch, cheat hacks, etc. — won’t work with the new 0.29 update. You’ll need to wait until the mod creators check everything and release updated versions of their patches.

the menu at the bottom overlaps with the menu where you can choose the places to visit, with that of the various preferences... it creates difficulty in viewing it and in choosing carefully what to do.
can you sort us out?
for the rest it's a good game, it's promising.

so far, that is way too many celebrities. I don't mind 2 or 3 but the amount we've seen in just the initial release has me concerned that dev will abandon this game before it reaches 0.5
