You don't, the in game cheats are just for money, stats and renaming MC.
And don't ask me to add a gallery unlocker, the cheats menu is made by the dev.
I just data mine the game files to find the new code when the game gets updated and post the new file.

Got a response from the dev at discord. He said that he will fix this bug in 0.24.
I also sent him a screenshot of that typo

I'm also in the process of making plans for the next updates up to version 0.30
As I've said before in previous dev blogs, at the moment I want to focus on adding sex scenes with the girls in the house. So that interactions with them in the house won't be so empty.
This is necessary so that in the future I can fully focus on advancing the main plot and adding more scenes for the girls at work.
Of course that doesn't mean the girls at work won't be getting any new content soon. It just means that my main priority right now is going more in favor of the girls in the house.

Extract into "PillKing-0.23/game" folder
Over wright files if prompted.

cheats_patreon.rpyc is in chinese? Is it supposed to be? Because the cheat doesn't work.

.rpyc files are compiled files, it's not chineese, consider it as an encryption that can be read by renpy, it's normal that it looks like gibberish if you open it with a text editor .
The .rpy file can be edited in text editor but if you downloaded it from my post you don't need to, it already has the proper code for v0.23.
If the cheats don't work for you it means that you most likely installed it in the wrong place, the files go inside the folder named "game".
Or you got a bug that happened to me once, the game reverted to the original file, in that case just close the game extract the cheat files again in the "game" folder and over wright the ones that are there.
You can check if the file has the proper code by opening cheats_patreon.rpy, it should look like this.
