I played PE1 multiple times from 0 to 100. I was expecting continuation of the story would be 6-12 months later(in-game). I was shocked to see it is 6 years later. I think Dev rushed things.

This game should've been made with original characters if nothing from PE1 was going to matter or influence the story. As it is, this is just taking advantage of Julia's model's popularity - which is borderline scummy behaviour.

You are speaking so much facts, As i pointed out should been the daughter in a time leap if the model must be milked, literally.

I wouldn't say this way was lazy. I think the last character had a lot of bad vibe by the following here so He chose to kind a write him out. however , the cruise seems to be the breeding ground for a lot of mischief for th CM couple. Looking forward to it... I have no problem leaving the other guy behind...

I think you're simplyfing too much.
First of all story and character are continuing from PE1, but 6 years later with a lot of thing happened. We have only a brief view of what happened and I'm sure in future chapter we will discover more and more detail. Julia and all character are same as in PE1 but time pass and memories bring on only the strong sensations and feels.

I think sadpepper have step in on PE2 in a good way ... with old memories, most of old character and some new too. Ok first chapter is only introduction so few things happen but is mostly because we have to understand what happen and from now only from POV of MC and Julia ... anyway I wouldn't say that he's taking advantage of model's popularity only because he's not going on what YOU want.

I mean maybe some other people will agreed with you, but don't overestimate your opinion. For me PE2 had a good start and have space to bring old memories (for old fan) and new events ... so the best way possible, imho.

It's impossible to hold a decent argument with people that gladly accept any crumbs the devs drop their way. AVNs can be so much more than just fap-fests; are we not all gathered here to immerse ourselves into the stories of various fetishes?

OK OK, let's start from basics.
Pineapple Express 2 is a sequel of Pineapple Express, so as everyone should expect that will have a develop from previous chapter.
Just to make clear this point .... if you saw Rambo, you can't expect that Rambo 2 start to open a pizzeria or another example Star Wars 4 and Star Wars 5 are years later with some changes.

So if you are playing PE2 the first thing you have to consider is a linear continuation of PE1. If not, you and few other will be happy for some reason, but most of fanbase will not ... cause is nosense make a sequel without exploring future events.
The whole point of a sequel is pointed from that ... and yes maybe in future will be some other scenarios (fetish call whetever), but first you start showing what happened and then you can start building same paths or alternative paths ...

Is too early to say what PE2 will reserve to us. If you are searching for some other fetish just check other titles OR wait if PE2 will go in that way.

I agree a six year time skip with the exact same character appearances is weird. I get that he wanted to establish female protag as a mother that had 1 child and so timeskip was needed but, me personally, I don't find mothers as hot as young ladies.

If that was the case, Julia having a child would be canon, whereas she does not have a child on all the possible starting paths.

IMO a lot of people are too picky.
For me, the only essential character is Julia. Peter is the generic stand-in husband. Cornell was the catalyst for Julia's corruption, but his asset artistic texture maps are horrendous, as is Mrs. Johnson's. Simon (Xola) is a big upgrade, and at least he will match Julia's (Ciel) texture maps much better.

I like intense NTR... I mean, I want the MC to have his heart broken. I'm not interested in the whole 'sharing the wife' thing—what I want is for her to be stolen from him. In that sense, I'm still a fan of the first Pineapple Express title, and I hope this new release includes an option for minorities like me. I want her to say hurtful things while she's with the other guy, and for the MC to be forced to watch them every time mwaha.

So I think it's a little overwrought, but was fine overall. i think the whole scenario of she's pregnant, & cornell ghosts her is pretty on-brand. The whole rich grandma thing is absurd, but that's fine. it's doesn't need to be that serious, the plot of the first game was porn-logic. it was also paced really well, with good escalations and pivots to the routes.

i wasn't super keen on the exhibition/biker choice. get on with it, get to the good stuff
