If you ever decide to make a sequel, maybe it could go in the direction where the wife slowly becomes intrigued by the idea of her sister sleeping with her husband — and gradually turns into a cuckqueen. The MC and the sister could “train” her to become one, just like the sister trained her own husband in the first game.

I think it would be interesting to see the sister become more dominant, but still caring and loving.
