First, I want to take a break from serious and long-term projects, so I'll soon present to you a visual novel called "Favor for Favor", made in anime style, but not drawn - rendered manuallyThis is something new and unusual that I simply wanted to try. I won't create many branches to avoid falling into the trap of my previous projects, and will concentrate only on what I want to convey to the player first and foremost. Let's see how this experiment turns out.
After this novel, I'll begin work on the second part of Pineapple Express. I've been thinking for a long time whether I should continue this story and, more importantly, how to continue it considering the multiple endings and paths. But I think I've come up with a universal method that I'll try to implement in the future.

Until now the dev has not had such problems! If he goes from his originality to the masses then he will remain there, one of many! People will remember him on his old projects and compare what was and what has become. Open the main page of updates there are so many narrowly focused kinetic stories there, wants to join in there, well, ok, that's his right, but then there's RIP variability and that will lead to a loss of audience!respectfully disagree because...
In fairness, simple premise stories work better in VN's. Many games fail because there are too many variables (paths), and in short order, it spins out of control. This dev is reasonably successful because he sticks to what he does best. In commerce, you can give your patrons what they want or take a chance with something different.
