Actually, that is just one version! Penelope can also be white, e.g. on the sharing and vanilla routes. In addition, Cornell will most probably play just a side role, our couple and him had a falling out about a year after the events of PE1. While a reconciliation might be an option, it is unlikely to happen. Dimaijo expressed clearly that Cornell went too far.

Yes, that is correct, but since we are heading to a 2 week cruise/workshop, where both Simon and Cornell are on board too, a reconciliation path might be an option. But Simon will play the major role definitely.
Cornell bought and named the ship plus the cruise was initiated by his Mom. As I said, Cornell will be only a side or filler role on most paths, esp. since we have the biker and his bar too.
