So far, not much to this one. As others have mentioned, it is very much a Cohabitation clone- Sunny even looks very much like Megan. (At least the PC doesn't look as creepy as Calvin.) It shows promise- especially if future updates develop more content and variety; but as it is, there just isn't anything to do after you reach a certain point.
Suggestions (if you want some): the development of Megan's corruption is the best thing about Cohabitation and I do expect something similar with this one. But Megan never seems to enjoy the sex (at least visually)- although she may ask questions, Calvin is virtually always the aggressor. More importantly, Megan always looks like she's about to cry. Have Sunny smile more, like she's enjoying her 'lessons'! Maybe have Uncle catch her masturbating, which starts the 'lessons'. Walking in on Uncle while he's bathing or maybe a bad dream/storm sends her into his bedroom and she catches him masturbating and wants to watch. As time goes by, have her approach Uncle and seduce HIM sometime!
Unlike Cohabitation, have the Sister-in-law more interested and responsive in Uncle's advances. Perhaps she starts having a lesbian relationship with Sunny early on, without Uncle helping- bathing together, then masturbating each other, leading to full mother/daughter sex in the bedroom.
Perhaps include a friend of Sunny's that she confides in, a la Dating My Daughter. Or Uncle buys a dog and Sunny learns why dogs are a girl's Best Friend!
Costuming is important- have Sunny show Uncle her new lingerie/bikini and giving him a show. Even something simple like a t-shirt & cutoffs can be just as sexy as a thong.
Some variety in locations would be nice, also- Uncle takes Sunny to the beach in her new bikini, picnicking in the park, watches her exercise, etc.
What I suggest that you DON'T do is complicate your basic story with extraneous characters- more boyfriends, bad guys, ex-wives looking for revenge, government officials planning to do BAD things, etc.
