That's nice and all, and indeed, having the GOG install version in the OP is a bother, and what you linked is easier, but if you really couldn't figure out how to install this with the basegame intaller then the H-content restore intaller ("setup_pixel_town_akanemachi_mystery_unrated_v1_(en_1.00_cn_1.00)_(62646)")...
It really is a bit on you too...

It does. Once you beat the game and get the credits, go upstairs in your house and go into your fathers room. Interact with the shining bookshelf and you can go to the recollection room.
