Downloaded the patch from the Kagura Games website and everything was fixed.

It does. Once you beat the game and get the credits, go upstairs in your house and go into your fathers room. Interact with the shining bookshelf and you can go to the recollection room.

I'm not getting any h-scenes from any of the game-overs, seems like. I'm guessing it's the one that has "unrated" in it, but that one doesn't work for some reason.

The 1 on top is the adult patch for the game. You need both for uncensored game.

If you have GOG version of game use their patch unless Kagura lists patch for Steam and GOG version. Not always the same as far as I know.
