Well, First impressions: Not bad, but it is very improvable.
First I would eliminate that permanent black shadow... especially when there is no text and correct those double clicks to advance. I think it would be interesting to use another typeface, perhaps in italics, to reflect the thoughts of the MC..
What to expect in the future? The MC will try to fuck all the girls in the game: Milf and her daughter, the real estate agent, the redhead and the tattoo girl.

Apart from that last one having no arms.

JESUS, The constant extra clicking to get more dialog is making me want to OFF my mouse. It's so rage inducing! "Throws Mouse" PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD FIX THIS ASAP. I know what the dev is trying to do with the slight movements with every mouse click but it get really annoying. The dialog about the keys is drug out so long it's awkward and kinda weird. About halfway through the Leann Conversation I got bored and skipped the rest. Honestly this is starting out with meh dialog and I see it only getting worse. I hope I'm wrong but my bet is abandoned or a complete MESS. Just my prediction.
