it fails to install properly

Ah yes, of course it does. Sorry, give me a few days to make it relatively stable. For some reason the entire auth is getting hard blocked and I need to debug it/generally refine the app. Not to slander the original devs for this, but the codebase is quite a mess.

Just pushed a new version fixing many bugs. Try it out and let me know if it works for you. I will continue to update the extension over the coming days to refine the codebase.

and let me know if your issue persists. If so, please open an issue on Github and attach your extensions.log file in playnite.

If you are using the old debug loading method, please delete it from the developer settings before loading the alpha build. I've since resolved packing issues due to rewriting some problematic code and now release the extension properly via a .pext file.

Version 3.0.0 isn't completely ready for production, which is why its labeled as a pre-release. I intend to add all the features I have planned & refactor the codebase before fully releasing 3.0.0. For the time being however, it should work perfectly fine, albeit a bit rough around the edges.

The update checker function was really helpful for me to keep a track of which game has been updated recently and which one isn't but since yesterday it seems to has stop to work. I did a fresh extension log, reset the extension, re-logged in... No mention of anything forbidden so far with and without VPN. I'm getting this error and I have no idea what to do.

Fetching meta data individually seems to work but the game update checker with notifications isn't. I attached my recent log too.

I used your version and ran into the exact same issue. Complete reset of the extension, Fresh log into F95, same settings enabled. I have attached the new log with your version.

Thanks for your log file! This is a bug in the update checking mechanism, which admittedly I have not touched very much. This will be fixed in the next alpha release.

Aaah I see. I'm really confuse about how the original plugin broke in the same manner like, out of nowhere. Few days ago it was still going well. I'll wait for the next update then, thanks for your work!

is there any way to change the internal browser used by the extension? It uses Edge by default and for some reason edge can't open f95zone site since yesterday. It works fine on other browsers but the extension isn't working either because of it.

Any good fix with metadata pulled images? (without having to manually resave them in paint to PNG)

As they aren't really editable anymore due to image actually that are being pulled are HEIF/HEIC and not .PNG

I uninstalled removed data and switched back to 2.5.10 I logged in both methods manually with the button and copying cookies from browser, but that is only throwing back that error above.

I have completely cleared playnite's data since my last issue and been using the last available version of the community mod available on Github. No problem anymore but I have lost all my data in exchange so... I'll see if it keeps working in the future or not. I'm slowly rebuilding my game backlog one after another, manually.
