Am I the only one thinking this game is bad even if you like AS games with all their usual quirks and flaws? In other words, this is, IMO, a bad game by AS standards. It's short, the writing is totally unimmersive (unlike other AS games here I felt zero fluster asI played it), the scenes are very cheap both sound-wise and picture-wise. There were only a couple of slightly hot moments in scenes and that's all. Somehow with this game I didn't feel any emotions at all, it was just too inconvincing on all levels.

The main problem is that all the characters, besides the MC, don't behave and feel like real people. Even remotely.

1) the "chief" guy is the worst - first of all - what he is trying to achieve here? Is he comfortable with being just a fuckbuddy, or he really wants to steal her? He said he wanted to steal her, but his actions were completely opposite. Ok, maybe he just uses her as a cheap slut, but then why does he says "I love you" and insist on her saying the same? Why does he care about their (the MC and the wife) marriage at all?

2) the wife - somehow the wife here failed to evoke any strong feelings to her for me to care about her being taken away. In other AS games the wifes are what makes these games worth playing, because you fall in love with them and that makes all the NTS/NTR experience so exciting. Here - there's barely any interaction with the wife before she loses interest in the MC and they almost stop talking at all. And what we learn about her throughout the game? Nothing! By the end of the game we know absolutely nothing about her, except that she works part time job! How are we supposed to care about a person that remains a complete stranger to us from start to finish?

3) the MC is kinda fine, but we still don't learn that much about him, except that he works a lot and is bad at sex. Even his fetish, it's just there - there's no build up, no confusion about it. Quoting Ye: "Yes I'm a cuck I like when people fuck on my bitch" - that could be the MC's words, lol.

Now sex scenes - they are long, but they are mostly 1 or 2 still images. It's meager even by AS' standards.

P.S. I quickly went through the scenes in the gallery that aren’t shown during the playthrough, and they’re significantly better. We also get a small glimpse into the chief’s and wife’s thoughts and motivation, but it’s not much - and all the criticisms I mentioned earlier still stand. The chief doesn't want to "ruin her happiness", kek. Why is he suddenly the cuck in the end? She even teases him about sleeping with other man. It's so against his character to give up so suddenly, it makes the writing even worse.

You are the only one.

It's because the writer is already thinking of the sequel, where the wife will be with a new partner which you can see here https://f95zone.to/threads/my-dear-wife-marikos-report-v1-1-atelier-sakura.87334/
I'm the only one in what?

Frankly, after thinking more about this game, I realized that the writing isn't just bad — it's terrible. If you think about it, a lot more than I described above doesn’t make any sense. And the game doesn’t even have an ending — the story doesn’t move an inch once the cheating is revealed and the husband suggests turning it into sharing.

I played the second game a little, and it says nothing about that. We just learn that she stopped sleeping with the chief for some unknown reason — maybe it was her decision, maybe it was his. There’s no information.

But that’s not even the biggest flaw in the writing. In my opinion, the biggest flaw is that the couple doesn’t act or talk like a couple — not like a family, not like a couple in a rut, not like a happy couple, not like one on the brink of divorce. They don’t talk at all. The chief mentions a lack of communication in their family, but it’s not just a lack — communication is completely absent. They’re strangers to each other.

And okay, you’d think they should probably consider divorce, right? But no! For some reason, she says the husband is still important to her and that she doesn’t want to leave him for the chief. If that’s the case, why doesn’t she speak to him? What’s the point of living with him if there’s no sexual attraction, no emotional connection, and he’s not even rich or successful enough to make it worth staying for financial reasons?

Does anyone know why when I open the uncensored game the window appears small and if I open the original game it opens at the normal size?

Did you find out ? there is no way to resize and you can't ALt + tab when full screen
I think so, what I did was copy the executable from the Japanese game and paste it into the mangagamer game and only then did the window of the same size appear, The only thing in the uncensored version window is that they are in Japanese.
