cheating tag does not mean NTR, you would know this if you been a member longer than just a year. i see that it been abandoned and dev just posting random gifs.
not abandoned dev says he had an issue in his pc and delayed it more than a year

I have begun charity work in real life that takes up almost all of my time. My art and my book (PFMW) are secondary to the help I give to real people.
When I have time I continue to make scenes and adult comics, and they will always be shared for free.
I can't download the game; none of the links are working for me. Can you upload it on Mega or MediaFire so that I can enjoy the game too?

One game abandoned and just released another one. Not a good track record that says this one is still being worked on.

To be fair, he has been posting fairly regular update videos for both this game as well as the other game/comic on his twitter until quite recently. But since he decided to leave twitter its harder to find updates. The reason why this game doesn't get updates is because, at least according to him, he's planning to release the whole thing all at once and not piecemeal updates.
Given that he left patreon and only takes crypto donations I'd argue he mostly does this 'for the love of the game' rather than milking fans or some such. So yeah, while scepticism is understandable and usually prudent, I'd still give him the benefit of the doubt.
