Just forget about it, it only gives you 1 point. It won't affect anything if you completed the quest on the balcony and chose the right option in the dialogue after the kiss, or brought the right drink.
Most recent version crashes when I get to the city map every single time after meeting Clare for the night session the first time. During the day it starts with the text by the sun/moon being phasey and scrambled then outright freezes when you leave Clare's but music still plays. Have downloaded several times .... maybe next time.

I'm sorry to hear that! Have you tried not going to Clare, but just going home? Or maybe visiting Clare the next night?
Just tried it. I finally got the scene with the mom alone, but when I went back out to go to Clare it crashed again. It seems to be that clicking on the moon/sun to wait for even is what is causing the issue. When I leave school the text around it is jumble moving all over but allows me to transition to night and go to Clare, after event I leave and it crashes (music still plays).
If I skip Clare and go home, I still see the jumbled text but upon leaving home again once I click the sun/moon it crashes without allowing further action.
If I just click to the evening and go home, I get the shower scene, but once I leave that it crashes.

It's odd, no one has written to me about crashes yet. Can you share what operating system you use and what your PC specifications are?
Definitely not a new PC, but it runs other unity fine and the last version didn't have issues either.
It's windows OS, 64 bit, Intel i7-4790k 4ghz, nvidia GeForce GTX 970 4gb, latest updates installed. Running windows 10 if it makes a difference.

Seems like that crashes occur precisely when scenes change. And at specific moments. I don't know what could be causing this. I'll try to look at the script for the transition between scenes, maybe there's something there. I'll try to find out what the cause might be.

I know its a Unity game, i see some text files from previous version but when i save on new version i get jpeg files lol
I dont think the fps issue is fixed either, i get 1000+ and have to use amd app fps limiter.
Too many issue, think im gonna skip this one for some time

If you're talking about saves not working from previous versions - yes, saves aren't compatible between different versions of the game. Or are they not working for you at all?
As for vertical sync to limit FPS - try clicking it a few times. Turn it on, off, and then on again. That should make it work. Sometimes the game starts with VSync disabled even though the checkbox is marked, so you need to toggle it a couple of times.
So then we gotta start from beginning each time or its best to wait till completed

No, when a new episode is released, you'll be able to start directly from it by selecting the choices from the previous episode. But of course, you can wait if you prefer - it's up to you.
