It's a site. I think "ElevenLabs". There are so many voices but there is one of them really close to Pleasuree3dx's videos voice.

I don't think so. You can write a text or uplaod your voice, or someone else's to generate an audio file with the voice you choosen before. Just that

He is 100% right! I don’t like this expression - milking, but to be honest, it all started very well and quickly, the first two or three episodes gave hope and then the dev started a song that got stuck in the middle and was repeated again and again,
he shows the same thing in different situations, although he could have moved on to the main action long ago!
