Press the A key to run (or whichever key you have mapped for it, I used C for my run key) and don't stop running.
Those little blue dots you run into regenerate your stamina, so collect them whenever you can and Just. Keep. Running.
I think you have to go left 2 or 3 screens, but eventually you will get to an area where you have to kneel down and crawl through a tunnel and that boss cannot fit in the area and will go away.
Anyone know where the purifying crystal is for this bitch?

Same location, different question, HOW THE FUCK TO SOLVE THIS? wasted all my red potions and six milk potions this fucking thing still wants more.
No actually how do you solve this? Where is the crystal?
Also side note question; does the mc just never orgasm? I played for 1.5 hours and only once during one of them licking did an orgasm pop up with the sense increase.

She's keeping the trap active. Save her, then go to the right side of the room to activate the proper crystal. The trap won't spring anymore.
You say "save her", from what? There's no enemies and I don't have any crystals. Where do you get the crystal?

So I'm stuck here:
I drop into the room, 4 humanoid enemies spawn, and after killing them, 2 giant slugs spawn. After killing them nothing happens, I'm just stuck in a room with 3 closed doors, and 2 tentacles in the floor.
Am I supposed to let myself lose to the enemies? Or did I somehow miss something important a ways back? Both side doors are lit up, the first time I tried, I had missed one of those lights, but I got them both lit up, but still nothing.
Edit: Never mind, I am a moron. So it turns out, you can kill those tentacles that rise out of the floor. I had been treating them like unkillable traps this whole time, and didn't realize they could be killed. Killing them gets more enemies spawning, and I eventually cleared the room. Leaving this here in case anyone else makes the same mistake in the future.

To be honest, I thought the same thing as you did, so I basically avoided them without killing until I realized I could actually kill them.

FOR ANYONE WHO WANTS TO KNOW HOW TO KILL THE FINAL BOSS:
you need to have the flying tentacles ball shoot his tentacle forward inside the boss's mouth, the boss then will try to spit it out but you need to shoot him so he wont be able to do that, after the tentacle cums inside him, the boss becomes vulnerable and his health bar appears, and only then you can shoot him and kill him.
it takes about two cycles of this freak show to kill him if you dont waste time standing around, and I honestly figured it out by pure luck when i dodged that tentacle and it impaled the boss instead of biresta.
other than that it is a great game, I was positively surprised by the quality of the animations, the decent plot and interactions, and fluent mechanics, which have all contributed to a pretty damn good immersion.
most games that look this good on the outside are suspiciously wacky and unfunctional from the inside, which I suspect because they were partially made by an AI, so this game was a real refresher and it was pretty obvious whoever made it put in quite the effort, kudos.
