So I watched it, it was ok, the animation and model just looks very stiff?

i agree. tried putting it through flowframes to interpolate it to see if it was any different, but my computer keeps crashing. not sure how to fix either. hoping the interpolation fairy is out there somewhere to stop by and make it happen. 60fps might make it feel less stiff
