The movie was good, the animation was basic but not bad as per his usual style. It's certainly better then the Tifa movies he released before.
The voice actor for Lulu was fitting the character as well, though the quality of her mic was bothering me a bit during the riding scene. Wish there was also some music in the background as well. A fucking + to whoever did the voice for the blonde chick, that was the best scene. The sound design was also much better for this movie so kudos to the artist for hiring a new one.

It's probably locked in your region. For example, it happens with anonfiles in my region, while other sites are fine.
