this is sfm its got nothing to do with the program, im not talking about the quality of the render. The model pmmsfm uses just looks bad theres clearly been some sort of editing done.

I wasn't talking about the quality of the render I was talking about the model porting process. He just could be simply using an older model or one that can scale the breasts easier without vertices being obviously visible to the camera. Also where did you get that screenshot from?
