'Rare' isn't really a concept at the Game Corner. You spend S-Coins to buy things. Scyther is expensive, but you can get S-Coins quickly by Dancing at the Lounge (particularly with the Beauty title).

To sell Room Decorations/Clothes, you need to define a Switch, at least if you don't want the player to be able to 'buy' one they already have. It's a lot easier to just have them out in the world.

We'd have to know what the crash is to help.
If you crash when taking Typhlosion to bed (or after battle), it's probably because you used Debug mode.
Re-extract the Data folder and overwrite.
I don't understand what you mean... Of course you can keep the clothes that go along with the sidequests and story but what about something purely aesthetic? Couldn't you just exclude whats around the map and just make different clothes that are just about doing customization on Allie?

It's mostly for flavor in regards to the special items and the methods to obtain them. Currently, one wardrobe item can be purchased from the Aster Town Gym/Museum. When there are enough wardrobe items that I feel would make sense to be able to outright purchase, there will probably be a clothing store to obtain them.

It's the flower crown you can get at the Town Gym/Museum wasn't it ?

But you're saying if you make a clothes item it has to link to another purpose?
