If you don't enter the Kindling Woods from the left side you can ignore the rival fight there and do it after later rival fights causing her Charmeleon to seeming de-evolve and lose levels.

Anyone experience a weird bug where(evee or vulpix, forgot which one it) roars at a trainer's pokemon and it auto puts me in a loop where both of are pokemon (no matter the type) performs nothing but roar for a couple of turns, lol.

If you strip naked and talk to Jamie a couple times, she will strip naked too. Then go to the bug trainer at the start in the corner. Talk to him twice and you get a scene. Then when naked go to the brelooms, and you should get another option to calm them down.

When or where I have to talk with her? If I take her to the brelooms I have the options to fight or ask her why they are fighting, over and over again. Nothing changes. I also can't end that conversation without a fight. (I'm already naked)

Did you try to unzip and run the game with japan locale? also post a pic of the error.

Yeah, I tried that and the thing is no error shows up. When I try to start it simply nothing happens.

Same issue here, won't open at all plus no error message no matter how many times I re-download and unpack it, or how I try to open it. It's like it doesn't even try to start.

Edit: Just found out it won't start if you change the name of the main folder from the original name. First non-Illusion game I've seen that's like that...

She has to be following you, then turn around (but without walking/quick single tap on arrow key) and you should be able to talk with her

Also maybe you dont have audio problem if there is not audio folder.

Putting he game folder in rather simple directory worked for me.
For example something like D:\Games\...

Cheat engine still works, I mentioned it already 1/2 pages before. Do you need money? -> let's say you got 100, take a calculator and do the following: 100*2+1=201. This value, you have to put in CE.
I couldn't cheat the LVL, but there is a workaround, look in summary, for how much experience your Pkmn has and how much it needs to lvl up. Cheat the exp so that you need only 1 exp to lvl up. After that you need to win a battle. E.g. your pkmn got 1000 exp, it needs 500 more to lvl up, search in Cheat Engine for its current exp, add the remaining exp it needs but 1 exp. ->1000*2+1=2001 + (500 499*2=998)=2999 and win a battle. It is laborious but it is the only way I know, if anyone knows a better way, feel free to share. If you add alot exp at once, your pkmn will have a high level and it will keep leveling, but it won't evolve. And if you want to one hit everything, do the same with the stat "attack" and use quick attack. You will have to switch the pokemon everytime, in order to keep the stat.
I hope my english wasn't too bad and you could figure out what i meant to say

Thanks. I saw that previous post, but I was having a hard time understanding what was going on there. This makes a lot more sense. Not great, but it's better than nothing.
