iv no idea how to progress after you discover the lab in safari zone, you cant surf without beating sabrina but you cant get to sabrina and the numbers puzzle in that lab is to annoying for me to figure out. unless your ment to beat the gym in fushia but you cant get there without surfing...

Surf is actually behind Fuchsia's badge, not Saffron's. This has always been the case.
