So, there's a total of 5 npc besides the left most (the one who gave me Coin Case), first one is a lady who explains about the card game rules, next is a guy who sold cards, and the three npc who line up together sold prizes that we can buy using coins, so no, there's no one there.

I tried to follow Seras in an event at the Watchtower interview, but the stairs to the second floor were not responding, so I could not proceed with the event.

Now that we've received confirmation that Pokemon and humans can CANONICALLY breed with each other, the plot point about Pokemon-human genetic modification/hybridization to make them sexually compatible kind of falls flat... like, what's the point, if Typhlosions have raped human girls since ancient times according to GameFreak itself?

first, human-Pokemon relations have been canon for decades, it's not like we're just now finding out about it. second, this is already addressed in the game, if you actually pay attention; humans and Pokemon used to interbreed, but as humans evolved, that became less and less common, and eventually became impossible due to too many genetic differences. Wormwood's plan is to make it possible again, not to make it possible for the first time ever.

But with these recent leaks we straight up got "YEAH THAT MAN HAD 'RELATIONS' WITH AN OCTILLERY WHICH RESULTED IN HAVING A CHILD". So I'd still say that's new.

Vigoroth does a revenge rape on a girl that cuts off the ears of Slakoth after evolving into Slaking and made her bore many Slakoths. (confirms that human X pokemon breeding can produce offsprings of both types)
(Hisuian) Typhlosion hypnotizes a child, abducted her from the parents, groomed her, married her, have her borne several childrens, gets killed by the child's dad, and when the kids gets rejected by the society the dad cut off the skinned pelt of said Typhlosion for them to wear and that made them turn into Cyndaquils (which confirms that there are ways that human can turn into pokemon as long as some things are fulfilled).

This is even worse than the Hypno's Lullaby creepypasta.
The Hisuian Typhlosion one with them transforming to cyndaquils when they wear the pelt sounds like they were kinda ripping off the myths about selkies, where you wear the sea lion pelt your a seal, take it off your a human man or woman.

They are all supposed to be myths and legends.
Typhlosion and Sneasel line are based on transforming sickle weasels.
I do find it funny that male human fucking Pokemon end up much better if story wise.
Worse thing that happened was a guy accidentally killing his brother due to his brother breaking the rules of hunting.

specifically, they're all in-world myths, legends, and folk tales. none of them are coming down as word of god, "this is what the history is" kind of thing; they're "these are folk tales that have been passed down through the generations". none of them are really any different from traditional Japanese yokai tales. the Nihon Ryoiki, for instance, contains the story of a man whose wife turned out to be a fox in disguise, and there are many other examples.
The dev team behind Pokemon 'H' doesnt work with GameFreak so we can make our own interpretations.
This game was made two years before these leaks came out and we do not have the power of hindsight.
Furthermore, we do not take leaked FANFICS, even if written by a dev, as cannon untill GameFreak themselves officially state that its cannon.
