I tried do Shift +z+x or c but doesn't shoot bullets nor reload. Makes me sad but fun game hope there isn't a quest for Loong range shooting because can't shoot bullets only throw stuff.

use beast dash(bought using medal) then jump while still holding ➡ key, at right moment jump again.. that's how I do it

Okay, so, I need to go to the hideout in the backstreet of Kenya, I found the backstreet and even jumped at the big hole, but there is nothing in those sewers, I assume you have to jump over the big hole, but I don't know how, no jump technique I have works.
