When all is said and done, due to emerging and burgeoning markets in Asia and Africa with smartphones (as well as Europe, North America, South America, and the South Pacific growth) - the smart money for developers is to think "mobile first" in their game design.

Well not like I actually expected the H devs to do that, but the statistics you have given are for mobile gaming, not Hentai porn game mobile gaming, so my guess is that they are likely even less relevant than the little pole we have conducted here on F95, the stats you gave are probably mostly because of billions of kids playing PokemonGo and variouse other non H game developed games

If the result on F95 is a staggering 63% vs less than 2% so far then I don't see how that matters all that much, maybe mobile is just way too far behind, there must be more to this story when you take the pole into account even if our voting pole is a small one? Besides that Patreon is only 1 outlet for H games which a lot of people including my self avoid like the plague, almost every hentai game I ever bought was on steam PC and I literally have 100s on there

My guess is that the tech updating that you mentioned is more about cornering the practically untapped and very small part of the market that is H games on mobile, because it has fallen too far behind for them to be able to take advantage of it

I wouldn't play on mobile because of the massive amount of privacy issues compared to a laptop or desktop. For the best privacy, use a laptop and set it up with a guest account then make it sleep or hibernate when the screen is closed and to require a password to resume. That way, when people show up all you need to do is close it and speak with them. Then when you open it, it needs a password to resume any session. If you don't want them to see anything if they need to "borrow it", just log out and let them use a guest account and lock all accounts behind a password. You can do that with a desktop but you'd need to be fast with alt+f4 and again, don't let them use your main account. However, with cellphones, they are often shared and I've noticed a lot of people will browse through the phones when you're not looking. Case in point, a coach here in the USA left his phone behind at a fast food restaurant and when the staff went through to find his identity to return it to him, they found photos and videos of him raping young boys and now he's behind bars facing life in prison. The security just isn't there with phones and in many cases, your phone provider has a backdoor or a way to get past any locks you put on the phone. Even apps don't work well. And even though Apple values privacy on its phone and is great with that, if law enforcement has a valid reason, they will provide a backdoor to them so they can search your phone.

I'm not sure what you mean by this being a PC piracy website, there are android H games here, but I always thought there being so few, was because there are very few in existence compared to PC in the first place

Well it's quite hard to install stuff onto an android phone unless it's on the official app store. Well, comparatively hard to just copy pasting a file onto a PC anyway.

Touch the apk -> select install. What's so hard about that? Of course you need to allow sideloading but that's a minor detail. The hardest part is deciding if you trust the source of the apk or not

I am a software engineer with over 20 years of experience. Let me tell you, even one extra step like that can be a quit moment for a lot of people. Hell, I've seen people be confused about zip files.

Then you know that it's not actually hard/complicated (unless you're on an old version of Android where you have to find the security setting yourself). It's not fair to say it's hard just because some people may have never done it before.

It's still a couple steps extra compared to the normal procedure. And a lot of people just aren't comfortable messing with security settings. They sound scary.

It just feels better while laying down, that's why I prefer mobile. Only recently I was able to do it sat down, it just seems harder and I feel less creative and immersed ^^u.


It also helps me sleep sometimes, I want to be on my bed in that case

Edit: A lot of mobile ports are pretty bad or don't have mods you would want, in those cases I use Joiplay, steamlink, or play directly on my computer. SteamLink delivers good quality when your router is in the same room as both your phone and computer and it has antennas, it's not perfect quality or input though.

Update: I had started playing most games on my computer now. On my phone I only play some that I can revisit often and others with tedious repetitive mechanics.

The device itself and the positions are just as good for me on both. I only prefer PC now because everything is better optimized for pc

Imo there are three main reasons android hgames don't get as much love as their PC counterparts:

1. playing comfortably on a phone or a tablet requires additional hardware to use for a controller. You can use the touchscreen but then you can't see the screen while pressing the buttons. Also, touchscreens lack the physical feedback that pressing a button does.

2. Android devices (Usually cell phones) are usually not plugged in and are used for various other tasks which drain the battery. When the battery runs out, you have to wait several hours to get a full charge. In that time you can't use the phone to make/ recieve calls or use your apps.

3. Cell phones are often used on the go and in settings where playing hgames might be noticed.

No, never. Most of them aren't made very well for the phone screen, and it'd just be much too small for me to see clearly. I think PC is the best platform for porn games.

Everything else makes little to no sense, starting with screensize, textsizes, buttonsize and functionality, concerns about "get alife, why the need to play p/h games mobile you phonesoulsuckerzombie?" up to major privacy issues...

Nothing better than a 27inch screen and a nice rig, with good sound and all, to enjoy them games to the max.
Also my rig is only for me to use, no one else allowed on it, so no concerns or issues here either.
