How strange! What is supposed to occur is that there is a menu option when talking to the Doctor at the Clinic that says 'Ask for her support for the Scientist'. It happens on the default menu for interacting with the doctor. Would you mind sharing a screenshot of the options you have? My apologies for any frustration trying to get this event to trigger!
It looks like somehow your game has gone back in time. I haven't checked the save file yet, but have you done anything to the day counter? If not, then that's something I'm definitely going to need to look into. Normally the hint for Clinic sex should never say Wait a few days.
Yeah, I checked the game file and it thinks it's day 25, and yet all the events you have think it's day 67ish. Quite bizarre!

Barging in when no one asks here. My intuition is that the first one is with the twins. 2nd one going out on a stretch would be the two girls in the pub/club.
Good guesses, but no luck! I had assumed that they would guess the twins, but definitely interesting to guess the club girls. Would absolutely make sense! Alas, the two threesomes include different girls.

The only way built-in to the game is to use the green button on the upper left hand corner. Pressing that green button will trigger one of the events that could've happened randomly, with each possible event having equal weighting instead of their original percentage chances.
