How do I go about down loading new updates. PS, I did move the original folder and files to another location.

Delete the old one.

No, it is better not to delete them first.
Screen shots are normally in the game's main folder, not a sub folder like the saves.

Yes, there are a number of events that can trigger there, so there could be some random element to it as well.
If you took any, they would be in the main folder, same as the exe you used to start it.

Yeah, that can be a challenge.
He is thinking about adding a feature to prioritize 'new' events, but might be harder than it sounds.
In the meantime, I would suggest saving before you enter the location, so you can try again.
And if you don't trigger any event, look in the top left corner, for the green dot, if it says 'new', that means you might get it, just click the dot.
If the dot is gray, there is no event at that time/location.
If it is green, there is an event there/then.
If it is green and says 'new', then you have a new event there now (obviously).
