where did you get this information from? in the last update they only commented that they are recruiting translators to be able to increase the reach of one of their old projects, and at the end of the last month they posted two updates saying that they are doing several poses to finish the "Purple Smart" arc.

From the article you are talking about.... For now, the focus is on finalizing and adding new localizations to Hearthswarming Heat,... which means they are not focusing on anything else. Last time they did that we did not hear anything for 5 months.
Thats the christmas game that came out months ago. They're just saying thats what the people will be fan translating first, they aren't doing development work on it anymore.

honestly this is far from being a game with development problems compared to others I know from this site, if in the next update they really finish the arc of one of the "girls" it's already a good advance.

Tiarawhy never had any involvement with PTA. I was the only artists that worked on that project. It was my labor of love and it got shut down. The only piece of art in it that wasn't from me was the Sneaky Kitty intro graphic I made that I paid OmegaOzone to animate for me.
Nope! No one is distracted. I have just two more backgrounds to polish up and all of the background art for the next two updates will be done. The biggest set back is one of the Devs had to relocate due to European War stuff, but they've managed to get back at a computer and things are going smoothly again. Hopefully nothing else real world related will pop up to cause anymore delays!
Everything is in place to finish the next two arcs now.

Anthro/human on feral art is very popular but it is extremely rare to find in dirty games. You tend to get the most vanilla style furry stuff in games. Probably devs reaching for a broader appeal I guess, but it's why I patiently wait for games like this. Slow progress is still progress (there was a patreon update today) and it's a project unlike most others.
