I am almost certain the author either has no idea how to continue or just got bored of the game and is doing the bare minimum while waiting for Hasbro to slap them with cease and desist letter. So they can get an excuse to kill the game and get away with taking all this money for nothing.

the updates took too long even from launch. by my guessing it is due to it all being hand drawn or something, instead of having the character models being renders that you can easily move and modify.

TwistedScarlett is an excellent game dev in this space (in that they actually make games), but I would say Monster Girl 1000 is better than FwB (which also has a sequel now). However, it is not even remotely the same artstyle as the original show (one of this project's strengths).
