I played this game a long time ago, and I just tried again.
In my memory, the management part was way more intuitive than right now. Even with the tutorial stopping when you have to contract someone, a lot of things seem counter intuitive.
For ex : when you try to finish a contract for model, and if you finish it, you come back in studios screen where... you cant try to finish another contract. You have to come back in your office, then dashboard to select contracts. This problem is more about HUD btw. edit : change made in v84b
Other example, when you make an interview with a girl, you have almost no chance to recruit her, except if you give her a lot more money for every scene and so, you cant have rentability while making scene with her. The only way is to improve relationship with her and the best way is to... give her 2 days off even you didnt even recruit her xD. Thats pretty dumb ^^
I feel balance really bad right now, game seems almost impossible to play in normal difficulty. Price of actresses when lvl>2 are so high than you cant make money or just a few. Same issue with salary of PA and other staff, than cost you 50% of monthly budget, even with lvl 1 staff and only director for studio. You cant make daily money with photostudio (just with contract) and camshow are really not effective at the beginning. Hidden scene always give you few hundreds of dollars, even with a girl with high stats.
I made some test and the auto production mode sometimes make profit when paying 5000k a scene to earn 8000k, and sometimes dont (5000k for 3000k). So there is no way for you to let it in auto mode, you have to deal with it yourself. And you only have 3 scenes per week, when you could have 6...
I think the main issue is the transition between lvl 1-2 girls and lvl >2. For example, a scene for a lvl 2 girl cost 200$ for a boy-girl, then it costs 1000$ for a lvl 3 girl. Then a lvl 4 costs 2000$ per scene and lvl 5 costs 2500$ per scene. So the main issue is this upgrade between lvl 2 girl and lvl 3 !!!
Price of scenes costs so much and sometimes your earn some money, sometimes you dont. Its pretty shady over here and I dont understand why for a scene I get 8000k and for a similar scene I get 3000k. Trends I guess...

Overall i really like the game, models, dresses, unique characters and a lot of stuff to do. But I think, dev have to rethink about economical balance, cause its seems really almost unplayable right now, or just sooooo grindy !!!
Some ideas of change for devs :
- have possibility to lower salary or price for scene for girl after some time when you work with her or if relationship is higher.
- reduce prize for scenes, specially difference between prize of scene for lvl 2 and lvl 3 girls (see above). Right now, for example, in good month, I earn 100k per month, and scene cost 50-70k and rest is price for staff. Scenes have to always do twice cost of scene and sometimes x3. Same for contracts, when sometimes you pay more to make the scene than the reward of contract...
- Improve tutorial about how earn money every week, importance of price of scene for girl, ...
- I discover you could lose a unique girl you recruited (Lena Van Houten for ex) if happiness is too low. The would leave your company and you cant recruit her anymore...
I think game is too hard at the beginning and curve of progress is pretty bad. It means a lot of players would leave after few hours cause you cant earn enough money to improve your mansion and buy buildings. So its frustrating. We just need to have to grind at the end to buy last lvl of mansion and expensive buildings.

Yes, they still give the special unique bonuses.
The good news is that you get them whether you hire them as an actress or a PA.
The bad news is they aren't synched to the new job likes/dislikes mechanic, so (for example) you could recruit the nurse and find that she absolutely hates being a medical advisor & wants to be a security guard or something instead.
I really dislike the new contract system. Having to specify each scene type in the contract, and the contract scene limits make the game much worse, IMHO.
Yeah, MC is way too scumbag-y. Just don't pay attention to the dialogues...
BTW, it has "hidden" bestiality: you can make the girls get pregnant by dogs... and the baby inside will change according to the breed, for example, a dalmatian.

A few things that I am curious/trying to figure out. 1 after call to office, I am most times locked out of this option but not sure if it is an issue or just a time of day thing. Secondly, I was told to get medpacks for a sick model bit had no icon for medpacks and was unable to purchase the 3000 dollar item at the hospital. Very innocent models, if you sign them to a contract, do you have to wait for expiration before the corrupt option shows in the chats. Someone contracted in the photo studio, is there a way to put them in a video as i was unable to find the above model from the other studios? More to come but It does not seem playable without patience short of cheating?

Game is quite difficult, yeah. There are ways, but as a management game it is indeed quite serious and hard. Easy mode just gives you more money and revenue.
I admire the hard work of the dev on this regard, but such difficulty is not for me, I play with cheats, and knocking girls up left and right like there was no tomorrow, and I'm happy about it.

While I disagree about the difficulty, I too cheat just to save time (i.e. use cheat engine to max my stats and then stick a few billion $ in the bank to fund everything off interest).
Or rather, the difficulty is a curve and it's easy to bite off more than one can chew. For example, even with sixteen girls assigned to the nightclub, a 100% marketing rating and a 100% service rating I'm still six months in and it has only just now started bringing literally any money - all while costing over $100K per month to operate. And since you can't sell it, this will absolutely break the bank for anyone who buys it before they're ready.
It's the same way with the strip joint and even just opening a studio. The full staff needed to make that transition will easily run over $50K per month, and if it isn't immediately making more than that then it's another financial waterfall leading to certain doom.
So far, camwhores have been the only start-up project that almost can't fail, and even then as new game iterations have arrived their tolerance for my "fair cut" has dropped from around 25% to 10% or less. Websites can be easy to run, too, and should be the next step after that. Quality won't be great but the fans aren't that demanding with that particular venture (i.e. just pick generic boy-girl and flood it with home movies).
Meaning that most people (who don't cheat) will be stuck making home movies with cheap hookers for, oh, two or three years before amassing enough cash to expand into other things safely & successfully. Mind that this method is reliable and it will pay all your bills and you will make a profit... just very, very slowly.
If you don't want to cheat you can still grind your way to success, however. The trick is to keep dumping all your profits into the bank and sucking up to the manager to get better and better returns. Eventually, once you're making enough off those returns to hire one employee, go ahead and so - and make sure that the person you hire is Jenny so that can stop wasting time & energy at the gym. Don't even think about expanding your staff or facilities in any way until their expenses are safely covered by your bank income. Do this and you will have a very long, if very dull and grindy, career - and without cheating.
Or you could just cheat and skip straight to the good parts
