Wow...that's a lot of update. I remember when this game first came out, in the bleak days of SimBro disappearing. Between this game and Strumpets, I would have bet on Strumpets. The Mega link, however, is for pornempire_079dev2_64 .exe. The Nopy link works fine for me as well, and as fast as Mega usually is. But I, like many others, go straight for the Mega link every time.
