Party seems buggy, the Mansion has a historical party of 15 days ago that still shows pending. I can't schedule anything new. Tried leaving the menu then coming back, also restarting the game, didn't work.

Removing traits don't change the stats but adding traits like cute will still work.
Try making MC take 4 shrooms. After 10 it becomes permanent (at least until rebooting the game).

This game used to be fun. Challenging, but fun. Now it doesn't seem plauseable to play without cheats at all. Whatevever i do, i need to cheat for money every now and then. And i don't want to. It just aint possible anymore. sad.
I still like it for what it is it tho. Hopefully the dev manages to balance it out in the end. All the best.

not really sure if it was in this dev, but dropping the difficulty will not only increase money gains but decrease happiness losses and other crap.

I am playing on "very easy" indeed. Still in the red 100% if the time. Either i am incredible unlucky with my girl cast, or what said before is true.

If you're having trouble, try sticking to whores and strippers at first. A decent model will ask for about $1000 per scene but her scene at beginning game will only earn about $900 - $1000 income spread over several days. You're either losing money or at best breaking even.
Whores should only cost about $150 - $500 per scene and their scene will earn about $600 - $800 spread over several days. Though lesser in number, the profit marginal is actually much higher and you'll actually make profit.
Yeah, i kinda figured that out, but you need to aim higher if wanna get to the point of hiring staff and manning a studio. And that jump is always a breaking point for me. Thanks for your input tho.
I kinda miss the old perk system in the opening better, because of how you could mix good and bad traits.

The problem is the -10% amateur penalty and -20% marketshare penalty will always haunt you. Marketshare can only be lessen with time and rep level, but amateur penalty will go away if the scene is shot from a studio. Also note, you only need a director for a studio to function. If you can afford them, fffm or ffm, will make you bank but they only unlock from studios.
Also with the difficulty in the current build, you can't overextend that quickly anymore. What you used to be able to do in 2-3 months now require 6-9 months.
Yeah, you need to be way more mindful of your expenses now. The gameplay used to to be way more casual back when i started playing. I do start a new game every release the game gets and am frustrated that it gets less and less fun to play. I've just finished work, i came here to have fun:/ And it feels like a chore.

You didn't hear this from me, but I hear the difficulty is being scaled back in the upcoming update. Just remember, you're currently playing a leaked development build.
Is models with a high relationship gaining the Loyal trait already implemented or is that upcoming? If it's not in I'll just cheat to add the trait to a model once I max their relationship but if it's already implemented I'll just let it happen naturally.
I feel it's a tad bit too difficult for female characters to find men to record porn with for a reasonable price. Hell I reckon it should be possible for them to get dudes to do one-ofs for literally free with them.
Like take the random event where a guy solicits you for prostitution, and afterwards you can offer them a job getting paid to have sex. Then you try to cast them, and you offer them several hundred dollars for sex, and they won't go for it.
These are random guys that were approaching a random women hoping she was a whore, and willing to pay them for sex. In real life, recording professional porn as a male actor is pretty miserable, so I understand them wanting to be well compensated, but LOTS of dudes don't know that until after they get through a shoot with a shitty studio, as lots of male porn actors are just random underpaid schmucks who can prove they're std free... or y'now an amateur model's BF or Hookups.
But what I'm trying to say is casting men as a female char just feels very off. You gotta offer so much for these supposedly down bad dudes just to take their dicks out on camera. There is no 'hooker' equivalent, mechanically, for female characters, basically. There should be some way to get cheap dudes cast, or to exchange sex for them being recorded, even if it's one off or with some penalty for balance.
