You don't need it. Open the game and in the mod tools section, create a perfect girl to your liking, with stats and everything else. Then, in the "intro" section, it will tell you where to put the file so the girl appears (leave it as the base file in the bar and set the time from 00:00 to 02:00, so it will come out more easily).

And in case you like a girl you have, you can go to the 3 bars of the girl you want and in the last option "export character" you can customize her in the mod tools section.

The police only visit you twice and it's automatic, don't worry.

Give the 4th option literally, the child will be included in the child statistics but you do not have to take care of it and it has no repercussions either at the time you do it or later on.
