You can recruit both, u just have to export the character file of the redhead while your char is having sex with her and then add her to the mods folder to make her spawn in as a reg npc with the same image. It's difficult to explain the modding process but it is a few pages back if i remember correctly. You may want to edit the models too and give them loyal trait so that they make it through the interview without getting snatched by rivals.

Oh, thanks anyway but I already know about modding characters in. I'll probably end up doing that, but it doesn't have the same dopamine hit as completing a path in the storyline to get the best rewards.

AFAIK you can set which tags to use in the autoproduction settings. I don't think they can automatically respond to market research, but you can probably adapt regularly when the trends change.
For fan demands of specific girls, you can limit the automated productions to 2 per week, and the use the third slot for manual productions.

Uninstall then reinstall. Basically can't update apk, that for if you have previous ver installed.

Don't use condoms (setting in the dashboard), convince models not to use birth control, then have sex with them. Not sure if interactive and/or "creampie" tag is required. Note that it will take weeks at least before you know that they're pregnant.
