In my game I had 24 girls waiting for casting, i hired a lvl1 PA and only 3 girls didn't "change their mind at the last minute ...

for level 1 casting PA it's 10%. +10% for each level.
you're at 8% so it's there somewhere.

will change in the future after i add some options so she can make promises without you and all that.

Even if it is a optional mod, you will have to add a"gay" / "futa" tag to your game. Don't even waste the time on that. Follow the money. Look at various games and their popularity before and after adding such tags. Let the communty mod it, if there is such an urge for that, let them figure it out when modding is a thing.

From a business point of view: Do not take such a tag lightly, consider how your game is received by your paying audience. Look at recently puplished porn games. How many are exactly with gay / futa content without heavy modding? Yeah. Right.

It just means that you believe in very stupid things.
According to the official statistics of the pornhub site, trans guy and homo requests are not even in the top 25 places. They even had to conduct separate statistics on gay topics without comparing with the rest of the sections so that they would not be pecked by heterophobes. in the past they had a special role in the company, maybe you're thinking about that. now they're staff members as anyone else.
it depends on what you need really. they're more viable as pornstars now coz i really downgraded their roles in the company. that will change soon tho after i add some stuff.

• Reputation affects the chance of casting interviews, marketing scores, points for agency models, number of work contracts and more. Important to keep it high. Marketing campaigns can also boost reputation but they’re expensive.
• Only photomodels on contract can work in the photostudio. Money + other special rewards are buffed.
• Offering the contract has more options. You can select what scene types she will shoot and cost will depend on her likeness. There are also camgirl and photomodel exclusivity contracts.

about ideas for future contents , like bdsm as i have mention , i don't use godot engine so i don't know if it is gonna be hard for you or not so here we go:
