In a previous save game I was able to tattoo or have surgery for the actors, however I started a new game with cheats and unlocked everything and all locations, but I can't use tattoo or surgery. Did I forget something?

For Yoga Girl in park, she should appear in the Yoga Studio in Business Center (seems to be unlocked after speaking to her in park)

i think you can offer a job to an actress after she retires. unless if doesnt work.

Porn isnt a "dirty" business with "dirty" people participating in it, because they are forced for financial or whatever reason you might think. Its a normal job with a career ladder to climb, like any other job with or without qualification. And do you think porn actors/actresses start right from college, high-school or elementary school? They do have other jobs before of course.
Btw i dont know how you come up with that 80$ per scene statement...
Honestly, i dont know why we argue about something that is already in the game for which i gave examples in my previous post. You do recruit people with normal jobs into porn the whole time... All im suggesting is to give the possibility to switch them from staff to actors or the other way around.

I'd say that what makes those special NPCs special is precisely the fact that the MC can convince them to make such a career move - and come on, it is quite radical, as said before, not every man for example can get hard in front of a crew of (male) technicians for example.
However, I would also very much like the possibility of making switching possible - but it would be costing shitloads of money.
Staff > Models: it would reflect your capacity to corrupt anyone as long as you can provide the cash.
Models > Staff: you can keep the whores you started with and make them into successful porn movie directors or even PAs and managers, aka your philanthropic side shows up. But training them to Word, excel, maybe even reading and writing if they're foreigners, or had a terrible childhood, also costs a lot. So lots of money necessary to turn a cocksucking tramp perhaps not into My Fair Lady, but almost.
This would be a good way in the late game to spend some of those millions you start stacking up and don't know what to do with

Just played a bit with a fem prot. and thought of a few ways to make the beginning different.
The male and female prot. reputation system should be different.
It makes sense for a male prot. to essentially start a casting couch kind of company and then full blown Porn Empire.
But wouldn't it make more sense for the fem prot. to first shoot Solo scenes (like right now), then at the next reputation level perhaps do some escort stuff to get money and then shooting with porn stars.
I mean it's essentially what happens in RL.

All the NPCs you recruit are people with "normal" jobs. I mean that fact is literally in your face
everytime before you recruit a char. You have the option to recruit as a porn actor OR staff member. With ALL NPCs. That feature is already in-game. Its neither a big whoop nor a radical thing. Just the possibilty to switch them after recruitment is missing and should be implemented without a big fuss... Or implement it with shitloads of money, like Manifold suggested, im fine with that.My point is, its a big waste of possibilities without the switching mechanic, it could be implemented pretty easily and i dont see any reason why its such a big fuss not to have it, since the chars "offer" the option before recruitment. (Or do they just forget their occupation after willing to do porn and vice versa?)

Yeah you have a point. I do find it funny while playing the game that so many chicks in the city are willing to shoot porn so easily (except those with the photomodel/"I'm only doing photos" trait). I forgot about that fact you point out (no need to repeat it a fourth time
), that you can recruit all of these NPCs, not just the special ones, either as staff or porn actresses when you meet them. Its then admittedly strange that they would refuse doing one of the options they were originally open to. Ok. But again, without pushing the "realistic" card, which I also usually hate, this may just be a way to not make the game too easy, to create constraints and limitations to up the challenge a little.Where I fully agree with you is that the player should eventually be able to circumvent all of these constraints and challenges, but with astronomical amounts of money, even if it might be considered strange to have that money condition, which didn't exist in the first place during their initial hiring as staff or porn actresses. But it has two decisive advantages, game-wise:
1) It pushes further the corruption element, very popular in porn game world, and giving the player a feeling he's achieving something, that he's gone up the ladder, that he now can do things impossible to do in real life.
2) Use all that money you start earning after a while, which becomes quite frustrating, as you don't really know what to do with it now that you've finally set up a successful company. This is where switching, but also surgery, and fucking, should be open to every single female employee, staff or model, i.e. where you can finally enjoy full gratification mode as a corrupting, all-powerful porn emperor.
Girlfriends you doll up and fuck for free, the others, well, it just depends on the amount of zeros in the price you lay on the table.
In other words, make this game look like real world life, but only in order to transform it, with millions of dollars, into porn world life, at least what we fantasize about it. That's the only objection I'd make.
PS: And if you start getting too wild and fuck everything that moves on your company premises while forgetting it has a price, you might very well end up bankrupt!

i) There needs to be someway we can tweak things after the pechar file has been created. The text on the file is not really intelligible. This will probably be addressed by a functional import model button.
ii) The same model keeps appearing even after I have recruited her. The game even allows you to recruit twice. May have been caused by not setting a timetable i.e. appearance @ location from 0:0 to 0:0.
iii) {girlname} isn't working for displaying the npc name.
iv) A character created with all 100 stats is getting beauty boosted to as high as 410.
v) The conversation is randomly reverting to step 0 if sufficient time passes between two interactions.

game would be too easy if you'd be able to convert staff to actors at your whim. theres a lot of people in the job center and some of them are just built for porn.
you'd hire them, convert them and you'd have lvl10 star. easy as fuck.
there needs to be some limitations. either money, limit per month, big enough reputation, high enough relationship, i dont know what else. maybe all of them.
