I believe you can find male models in swimsuits at the beach. Males used to spawn in the park where the yoga girl spawns. You could test the park by saving the game go to the park and wit until a male spawns or you get kicked out of the park.
I believe it starts as aloss but as the site grows (subscribers) it turns into a profit. Its used more for fans I believe.

the twins you have to rent a hotel room, talk to the maid npc (carmen moya) 3 times then you get access to wellness center and they there.
They do turn a profit but it takes a while. Remember to give each of them an advertising budget. Endgame I think I used 1k budget per scene and 10k budget per site each month. It ended up giving me around 2.3mil alone, 100k more than all of my monthly expenses combined.
The public version was supposed to be released a few days ago, I believe. Not sure why it's still not available.
