Can someone tell me how to get actresses from the rivals. On the porn expo i can talk to them all the way trough and they say ok at the end but how to recruit them after that.

After they agree to sign on with you, go to your PA Lawyer: Options tab. She will have spots for buying out the actresses contract ($100,000 I think?).

You can choose "increase scene likeness with each shot" perk for your Production Manager. You choose that when promoting your staff to Production Manager. Or you can try to give them drugs for temporary likeness increase.
Is there any implication of choosing managers that have certain job skills? For instance, do Online need Marketing Job Skill or IT?

Influence would be gained as one goes along building a successful business but should be consumable. It should grow to it's cap at a crawling pace but the influence costs for something should be high. For eg. instead of promising pay during casting convince the model to work for free for say 3 months after which she will cross an arbitrary popularity barrier and a 'more lucrative' contract can be discussed. *New PAs: 1) Market Analyst: Assessing more specific market demands. For eg. if a model with popularity >80 does not have an anal scene/ mmf scence there should be a clamour for such. Can be similar for a solo/ff model's first mf scene too.
2) Social Media Manager: Can perform only one role at a time: posting about current scenes (minor scene boost) or induce a random twitch 'thot'/ erotic model to approach you (minor baseline popularity before joining but usually with one or more 'bad' traits)
*Ravages of Time: Decay in beauty/fitness of models as they age. 26-28 could be peak and decay should commence after that? Accelerated by drug use?
*New Traits: 1) Forever 21: Model doesnot lose teen description as she ages and no beauty/ fitness decay
2) Blood of Virgins: No further decay in fitness/ beauty after reaching MILF description
3) Evergreen(?): I don't know whether there is a beauty/fitness penatly to popularity but if there is 'evergreen' models should be exempt from them
*Firsts: I think these can be turned into events of sorts. Freelancers may come to MC with offers for firsts. Depending on their traits they'll charge a premium for it/ percentage of revenue. For contracted stars, you could let the MC decide when to use it so that the most amount of money can be made. But each month that goes by without the model having done the first she is ready for she should lose a tiny bit of happiness permanently (becuse she is losing out on a nice bit of cash). Maybe this can be recovered slightly in an event where the MC convinces them that they'll be able to earn more in the future. If she doesn't get convinced she may not renew her contract and look to make money elsewhere. The money recieved/demand should be scaled according to number of fans with the model's description and her popularity. If you have more fans in teen category than MILF then demand for a 'first' should be stronger for the teen model with the same popularity.

Hey, i have a question, even when i have every porn studio bought and fully staffed and equipped it only automatically plans and shoots porn in studio 1, is that a bug or am i doing something wrong? (even with a fully maxed and cheated company) and enough male and female talents

It could be that the others had not yet been activated. Go to: Staff > PA Production > Options > Open panel > select each room and options you want for that room. Default is Studio_1: M/W/F for all rooms until you direct otherwise. That tab also directs what kind of filming is done in each room.

I hired some top porn stars from rival companies, spending a lot of money on both the $ 100,000 and the very expensive contract. But they don't appear on my girls list, I can't create scenes with them and they stay in the pool or yacht every day. I can have fun with them in the pool but not make movies to sell. Is it a bug? In the pool it is indicated that they are under contract.

Go to your PA assigned as Lawyer and they have a list of people you've offered to get out of their contract. Then you pay 100K to end their contract, but after that you have to give them a contract if you want to keep them since they'll get stolen back otherwise.

I do believe it is a bug: every single one of my recruits from a rival has portrayed the exact same reaction.
If I am quick enough I can get a shot or two in before they go elsewhere...

Did you then put them on your own contract? The 100K is just to make them break their current contract. You have to lock them into you own like any other girl you don't want sniped by your rivals.
I've been working with the modding and I gotta tell you. I edited the conversation template for my own event and it didn't work, so I went through line by line replacing the template code with my new code and it worked every. Single. Time. Notepad++ at least doesn't like the fonts of the quotation marks, so you have to replace every " for it to work or the game will crash.
