Is there a more in-depth guide somewhere than the one on the dev's website?

I just keep reading the forum in the hope someone is sharing something I am not aware about.

Appreciate it! I was also surprised that the PAs' policies don't change effectiveness depending on their rank, only their regular function does. It's probably obvious since some policies are very specific (like +5 happiness), but anyway. And I don't even know every regular function.

Medical advisor: reduces rehab time, lowers STD chance
Financial advisor: lowers tax rate
Talent search: finds talent faster
Publishing: ???
Production: ???
Analytics: ??? (unlocks details about fans and scene stats, but what does higher rank get?)
Right hand: ???

Another thing: I was surprised that bank interest is a direct payout instead of adding to your bank account, which I appreciate.

A comment and a question:

I saved up quite a bit before starting a company and like other posters above, I had a huge ramp up in expenses by buying high quality equipment and hiring lots of staff (incl. lots of Marketing Specialist for the camshows). However, from my initial ~110k investment at the start of April, I had about 600k net worth at the end of the month; 500k of that was at the bank, leaving me with 100k cash

Despite that, I got a "Out of Money" game end when May 1st came around, despite my monthly bills being a bit under 300k. So question: why doesn't the game take into account the bank balance before deciding you're out of money ? I was fine when I emptied the bank account the day before so I had enough cash on hand but that seems kind of insane... Do people in-game not do direct deposit of their monthly paychecks ?

As a side effect of this experiment, I had enough cash on hand to trigger a visit from Sabine where you can recruit her as a PA (2nd choice); no special bonus from completing her quest though. Is it worth it to pick the first choice instead ("repeat visits") ? Is there a quest bonus/porn star recruitment option in that case ?

shoot 2 scenes, increase reputation level to 1, open company, shoot a home scene (skip the sex if she doesnt appear), hire financial pa, earn some money(i think it's 1mil)

Okay, I found my problem.
The reason I can't hire directors is because I haven't built a company yet, but here comes the kicker.
I need a reputation to build a company, but a reputation boost requires me to shoot scenes.
Without a director, I can't start shooting scenes.
It's a dead end!

How do you get the carwash? People in this thread said you just have to go there over and over again and eventually someone should show up. Nobody does though, it's been ages. Is there some additional condition? Also, I bought the car, but the achievement list says I didn't, not sure whether I'm getting its bonuses, if there are any.

EDIT: Also, I just noticed that the popularity penalty is reduced the more fame a girl has. I like this game a lot, but so much important information is hidden. Is there a more in-depth guide somewhere than the one on the dev's website?

EDIT 2: Alright, got the carwash lady now on a Sunday morning. Not sure if the day and time is important, it seemed to be for some of the special girls.

publishing and production doenst have any bonuses like this, it just enables you to automatize both

an oversight from me. it should of course take the money from the bank.
finishing her storyline will get you better tax rate. after that recrutiment conversation there are no further visits.

I didn't look at the company page with the tax rate; however unlike other recruits, I didn't see a message about the quest benefits under the cell phone icon. Maybe that should be added to clarify the quest is over.

That's fair, I know how much time it takes to write documentation. And how soul-sucking it feels. Sorry if I sounded a bit frustrated.

Binged the game quite a bit the past week. One QoL feature I'm really missing is that girls don't have a easily accessible page noting their scheduled appearances. If they're not training/rehabing/camming/etc. they're sent to the Scheduled category, but it's inconvenient having to take them off camming, then search whether they're scheduled, then reassigning them. Would be great if it was listed somewhere in their stats, like popularity penalty, or another tab.

I really go nuts for these types of games. Played Free Cities endlessly and still do. Actually thought about making a porn tycoon type game, but don't feel like I need to when this exists :3 Will definitely keep up with this thread/project. Thanks for making it!

No worries, I send her through the corruption phase, slap a cosplay ID on her and get back to filming.
I currently have about six alterred Sabines...

Might be just dumb on this but what is the best way to make profit? Every time I open a company I always slide a hell of a lot of money. Don't just want to constantly use cheats to build it up.

If you're willing to save-scum (hint: daily autosave) to avoid lawsuits, hidden camera with random girls is an easy way to make money. Since you're not paying them anything it's all profit, and a lot of them have way better stats than the local crackwhores. You can rank up your business from pretty easy them, too. A mere five to seven videos will take from rank 1 to 2. The only hard part is that you'll be spending most of your time, money and energy leveling up your Charisma so that your "carpet bombing" method of trying to pick up every girl you meet actually gets results on occasion.

Of course if you're too lazy to take that route and are willing to risk catching dick-cancer your typical alleyway crack whore shouldn't cost more than $200 per shoot, though you'll need an army of them on your list because they're moods are always crappy and you'll be lucky to get two scenes a month out of any one of them because they're always so miserable all the time. Hint: Wear condoms to avoid the dick-cancer!

Also worth noting is that all the Special NPCs are allowed to violate the basic game rules on business level vs hiring staff. Meaning that even if you're only level 1 and don't even technically have a legit business yet you can still turn Special NPCs into PAs by completing their quest lines. Start with the Fitness Instructor from the Gym (Jenny) so that your workout fitness points stop rotting away over time (don't level her up yet - you get the perk just for having her on the team).

Just wanted to report a rather old bug: when I change the color of the character's skin - he immediately changes his ethnicity to "white" no matter what color I choose. And it cannot be undone or changed in any way


Also, I assume this character is supposed to spawn as latina by default. However it took me a while to make him actually spawn as latina. In most cases he had the "white" trait from the start.

Yes,I would set Studio 1 for Boy-Girl stuff and Studio 2 for Girl-Girl stuff.

Studio 1 gets booked for the entire week and Studio 2 shows "Free" for the entire week.

Is it because reputation is level 1 or do I need level 2 reputation to use more than 1 studio?

Edit: I fixed it. I realized you have to have at least 70 Low Tier models to run efficiently and not 20.
