Hi dev,


Will be possible in the future to have any control over the movie creation?
- right now the characters have a lot of deep with several skills including the sex skills that are for the moment not active but those skills dont have any impact for the player more that the statistic information.
If I own already a company with a studio and have the staff (Director, writer, etc ) when I go to the studio to watch I must select what happens in the movie manually ... after several times in my opinion that goes boring because I as a player dont see any difference between my super Pornstar and the last recruitment on the street. I think you have already all the elements necesary to implement a movie creator and that will be (In my opinion) great for the game. I will try to explain It as clear as possible:

Every movie could have like a script or a storyboard limited by the writer skill (number of scenes, secuence of the different positions, and the sex acts involved) this could be generate using as seed the tags and some parameters selected by the player. Once this script is generated we should search for the actresses and actors that suit for the movie. Now we can just use one actress for diferent tematics (solo, Boy-girl, FFM, etc) why not make a movie with the same atress doing 3 blowjob scenes with different actors or a big production with several scenes with a lot of actresses? Of course the outcome will be determined by the staff skills and the actress skills. This could do more attractive the peep option in the studio or even could be implemented a movie player to see our productions.

Not sure if I have share the point... but I think that this could have a lot of potential for moding also.

Every player could create and share the scripts/storyboards with other players.
The contracts could be more complex to be fulfilled
Not sure but I think that can give more meaning and use to your actual skill sistem...

In any case you have already a great game and I hope you will continue developing the game.

I still failed to load custom character to the game and import char from another save file. I already add .pechar and .gd files. Please help

Suggestion:

I suggest changing it so that MC cum speed is based on fitness, not sex skill. Sex skill can then become an accelerator for how fast the girl comes.

After all, stamina and skill are not the same thing. You can pound away all day but if you don't know what you're doing it won't get her off and conversely if you're a kama sutra master who can get a girl off in ten seconds you don't really need to worry about staying power so much.

some time ago i started making movies but put it on hold. a lot of recoding needed. when i first started testing and saw how much stuff needs to be redesigned to fit movies in, i sidetracked the idea.
i've also made some storyboard prototype where you set sex position progression and all that, but when testing... it's not really worth it?
game pacing strives more towards quantity than quality. maybe not really the best outcome from various design decisions, but here we are.
sex scenes in this game were always more of cosmetic thing, something you can actually jerk off to if data lists arent your thing.

individual sex skills im still not decided if i should include or not.
i was thinking of making that each skill contributes to the overall scene quality if you happen to pick the related tag.
but thats it more or less.

I've had some free time on my hand. So I've spent much too much of it trying to do something stupid with this games modding system.

The most important thing I found: Mods seem to only work with a new game. Saving (not sure about manual saves, but auto-saves definitely) don't really affect anything, but just loading a save makes the modded characters not appear in game.
Also, this game should probably start tracking in-game stuff (like characters) with a proper ID system (e.g. GUIDs), rather than just names. What I did to figure it out is probably very much just an edge-case, but I can very much see it happening, that multiple folks try to mod a stripper girl simply called Candy, and these mods would then be mutually exclusive.

What I tried to do, that resulted in me discovering these things, is, I wanted to put in one girl for every combination of traits. I figured that not having a trait was not a requirement for any of the requests. Might be a possibility for future development (for example: somebody wants a gangbang scene without teens, or something like this). This left me with 192 characters to create. (4 ethnicities x 4 hair colors x 2 body builds x 2 age groups x 3 breast sizes)
I just made one set for one ethnicity, with a specific hair color, etc. etc., and then copy pasted the files in the explorer, then opened them in the mod tool in the game again, set all the traits, did some minor visual adjustments here and there, so they don't all look completely the same, and done.
I then assigned the dialogue from one of the mod characters on the site to all of them (again, copy pasting it hundreds of times, always setting the right file name). I took the one with the girl, that turns out to be the players daughter - which made this entire thing a bit weird to test, turning out to have 192 daughters, half of which are older than my character, but hey, that didn't really matter at this point.

I started testing this, and initially everything went well. Many of the characters were spawning in the bar, as intended, then in the hospital, and finally in the park. (right, I did set this up with the original characters, and noticed, that the day count for the stages got set to 0 when editing the copies, but it somehow still seems to work?)
And suddenly there were no more spawning anymore, only the ones I had started the story with could be finished and then hired under the girls tab in the office. I didn't quite understand why at that point.
During another run, 2 with the same name, but different traits spawned together, and after finishing the dialogue with one and talking to the other, she was already at the next stage. That's when I figured, that the tracking is done by name... And there's a reason why every larger game I know of does this with unique IDs...

Anyway, I wasted a couple hours opening each individual girl in the mod tool again, giving her a unique name, and started the next run. At some point , quite early during this run, I decided to hire one (can't go through exactly the same motions all the time), but failed, so I reloaded a recent auto-save. After that, no new girls spawned anymore. And I couldn't even finish the ones I started with, but didn't finish their story. Only the ones which had already been marked in the girls tab were still available to be hired. I've tested this a couple of times, and yeah, in a loaded game, the characters just won't spawn. Period.

I did some more messing around with stuff, and completely unrelated to my attempts to get the op combination of 192 girls to work, I found some more things:
-No matter what I tried, no custom character (or rather, no character at all) wanted to spawn in the church. But at some point Sabine Engels spawned in my office and had the church dialogue in there, leading to a sex scene in the confession box xD
-Playing as a female character, and entering a location with a character that only has male dialogue apparently leads to a crash. I'd rather the character uses the wrong dialogue than stopping the game.
-I really want an option, to have a model join the company immediately via the dialogue system (like the story chars right now), rather than only making them available for hire. (Best: both. More freedom of expression for modders)
-I somehow managed to make something completely weird looking with the bdsm leotard #1. Like, the characters wearing it have a second set of shoulders above their shoulders - no matter the suit color. And I don't know why.

yeah, id by name is something i want to change asap. a rather retarded choice to begin with what can i say. i've reused code for speical chars, which of course have uniq names.

when loading the game, new chicks should spawn. those who are mid story are not saved, havent coded that part yet. they should restart tho not disappear.

-seen that bug reported before but cannot replicate. probably fem mc failsafe and defaults to church convo for whatever reason.
-i can and probably should do that one.
-for making them freelance, without casting interview -> "reveal_stats":true
- didnt know body sprite was scaled wrong. should be an easy fix.

Feature request: have model retirement deteriorate over time when they are hired as staff. Presently it is possible to hire a retired model as staff, and then from there corrupt them to start modelling again, but as their retirement never deteriorated they just immediately retire again.
Either that or just remove the ability to reassign retired models to modelling.
