any patch that actually works? i mean i tried the ones people posted in the comments but it doesnt change anything at all nor makes the mc related to anybody

Access console - input: player_name = "NAME" and it's fixed
I used the one provided here and it worked for me. you have to place the file without altering it in the game folder, boot the game and START ANEW, else the changes won't trigger.
for me it worked that way
