For the balcony Linda x dragon is the only one.
There are more creature animations with Linda around the house though.

Do I need to unlock them somehow for Linda? (as with pictures on the wall)
Are there any conditions for the animation to appear or am I just unlucky and have only seen dragon and humans?

All lesser and elite enemies have a scene with Linda(except the creatures from the Deep Forest for now). You can orient towards the portraits. Sonja needs to have sex with an enemy at least 5 times, so a random dialogue gets added. This random dialogue gives hints where to find certain items around the house that activate those Linda x monster animations.

There is a list with the items somewhere here in this thread.

There is only one in the newest update. It's the gooey swamp trap that does this.

nude or standard > to remove clothes
profit > add 1000 money
medicine > max health/stamina
favor > remove gossip
nun or whore > to adjust inhibition
lewd or reserved > to adjust libido

Or even simpler, just put gallery unlock in there and done.
