Ren'Py - Power Vacuum [Ch. 12 Official] [What? Why? Games]

Played version 0.7. The story is not so much strong as entertaining. The writing makes it very enjoyable; there's a lot of humor and wit. Characters are nicely fleshed out, with clear differences in dialogue.
Renders are very well done with some great animations.
Strongly recommended!

Reviewing at 0.7 release. The writing is solid with a humorously sardonic wit. The models look great! The animations could use a bit of work. Once I got used to the hint system, it became less repetitive. Overall the game is both entertaining and sexy.

Not going to write a book here - this is, by far the funniest adult game I've seen or heard of . It's a must-play:

- The dev's sense of humor is funnier than 90% of the comedy you can find on TV, and the scenarios are hilarious.

- The launching-point of the story is trite - "estranged, wimpy son returns to mom's and sisters home and sexy hijinks ensue" but the way it's executed - the linear flow of the story and the comedic way it's told - is engrossing.

- The renders are very, very good and the sex scenes are good overall.

- The characters, even the MC, are relatable and "speak" like normal humans would.

TLDR: the funniest sex game in the world!

Where to start really, I decided to try the game because I liked how the renders on the front page looked, then as the game went on apparently the developer learned some things because they got even better looking from there. I love that as the game and story progresses your character changes physically, which really brings a whole other level to this game. As you're working out you start out a scrawny little teenager, morphing in to a ripped giant cocked teenager. The story is extremely witty all throughout the game, and apparently the developer isn't a retard because he was using some pretty big words along the way, all while making me laugh at a visual novel which is kinda strange but good none the less. I think my only issue with the game as is right now is no vaginal penetration with any family members, plenty of cunnilingus and blowjobs, plenty of vaginal with non family members. But apparently they're hesitant to take the cock where it counts, still giving this game a 5 star because it is really fantastic as is and I am looking forward to future updates.

Easily one of my 2 favorite games I've ever played from this site and I honestly cant pick a favorite it's like 1a and 1b but theirs a shitton of stuff I like about this game and I actually have no idea how to say all of it but ima try.

First off I'm an android user and this game is one of the best Android friendly games, I've played a lot of games that have like special mechanics or controls that just don't transfer to android well and make it hard to play but this game is far from one of them. And I'm not tryna knock other games with special mechanics cause I'm sure on pc where it's meant to be played like that it's cool but this game for how simple and easy it is to play it doesn't make is feel any less enjoyable just cause it's easy.

Another thing I love is the writing the actual story is really well thought out and the characters actually develop along with the MC. But for me the biggest thing I love about the writing is the comedy parts. This game is fucking HILARIOUS I absoulutly love it its one of the few games I literally just keep playing over and over again because it's so genuinely enjoyable too experience.

Also that you can turn off NTR is huge for me I get that NTR is an original part of the game and some people enjoy it but the fact that you can just straight up turn it of for people who aren't into that thing and still get a very rich story is a huge selling point for me cause a lot of times games will have an option like that but because you turn off certain content you get less choices or see less things in this game it doesn't fell that way at all.

I had to take a break from playing games for a little while but I had gotten back right when 0.7 released and I fucking loved it instantly I remember reading the line about the Washington football team and I actually fucking died my family was so scared that's how hard I was laughing this game is just incredible and honestly 5 stars complelety understates how much I love it.

V0.7 played as of this point i only started playing 3 days ago because i didnt thought this game can be good but i was wrong Story, characters, render are really good to me feels real and i appreciate this game.
On one part im glad i didnt played on earlier releases because i could not wait for more content thumbs up

Thoughts on v0.7 release:

I first played this game on the 0.6 update and by the time I was done with it I knew that this would be one of those games I would see get updated and have a whole flashback of some amazing content. This game is just a complete roller coaster of comedy, emotions, plot, and of course, sex. And I have to say that I absolutely love it.

First off, the story. Initially, I didn't think there would be much too it. A missing asshole father figure who leaves you with a beautiful family, sure. But then introduce your weird grandfather Hunter and suddenly this isn't your run-of-the-mill F95 incest saga. The story instantaneous transcends into a whole new perspective that doesn't revolve around a horny young guy with a huge dick, but a horny young guy with a motive to save his family (who also has a huge dick). And not only that, but we actually have story progression in this game. Looking at the chapter segmentation, it came pretty late, but with this new update I was happily surprised with the lore drop we got, and I'm very excited to see where the devs take the story after revealing some pivotal stuff. Either way, I can assure you that the plot is there, and that it looks promising for a major climax.

Next up is the gameplay. As soon as I play a game that is heavy on the management side of things, I get a little put off, but this game is nothing like that. A standard travel system with a simple time mechanic is all that this game needs, and it's all that it gives you. Well that and the very helpful event tracker that not many games outright provide, but probably should. Bonus points on that.

As for the writing and dialogue, yeah, it's hefty at times. But it's GOOD. If you are someone who appreciates quality conversations between developed characters who actually have a personality, then my god please play this game. The jokes basically land every time and it leads to some amazing writing that left me laughing even after the event ended. Now, if a dialogue heavy game isn't what you're looking for, and in truth you just want some steamy scenes between hot characters, my next paragraph might intrigue you.

Let's get down to business here, with why this game is rated 18+. The rendering is above average and a cut higher than your standard game you find when scrolling through the hundred of daz3d renpy clones on the latest updates page. Of course, there are some top notch games on this site that this game currently cannot compete on a graphical scale, but this type of rendering has it's charm. Sexy characters (oh baby look at Hunter), a charming MC (is this sarcasm? who knows?), and very nice animations all lead me to say that even if you just want to get off this game can very easily supply. Not the best for sure, but still pretty darn good. And I just want to say I definitely saw that animation improvement this update and I am super happy with how it came out. Good job devs!

Final Thoughts: This game really nailed it when it came to mixing hilarious comedy with a pretty solid plot. That combined with some good renders and nice animations makes this a top tier game on this site, and it truly deserves the attention it receives.

My fantano style score is a light 5 with a very high probability of being a strong 5 at its climax.

This is one of the very few I'd consider "must play" (in the category). Every aspect of the game (graphics, writing, sexy, funny, ...) is at least "good" rating and quite regularly goes beyond that.

The game is hardly realistic, and doesn't pretend to be, instead offering a rather basic gameplay loop of points accumulation through simple actions (i.e. easy to identify and repeat, without requiring much effort or grind), followed by being at the right place / right time.

Thanks to the writing and tone, the characters are still very much endearing (if not relatable... alas...), and definitely attractive. Special points for the antagonistic figure, who's a perfect love-to-hate-him creep.

Story is essentially several railroads happening in parallel, providing (mostly) impossible to miss contents in an open-enough gameplay.

Latest update (.7) added a much needed "replay" features, as the amount of scenes is staggering (over 9 pages of saves in .6)

Oh, and did I mention that the every scene is hot as f*** ?

I really wanted to like this and it has a good vibe but...

It is extremely text dense and seriously, 1 joke at a time man, I don't know who the writer is but he/she has poor timing for homour, if you are like a machine gun of jokes, then none of your jokes makes anyone laugh. I want to play a porn game that is fun, this is more like a circus with nude clowns.

The renders are fine, some of the girls are hot, Brenna and Ophelia are the hottest in my opinion.

I can see that devs are putting a lot of effort on the game and I wanted to rate it higher, but having played games with a lot of text I can say this game has too much text and seriously again ease up on the jokes and you'll be more funny.

Models looked great, writing is Fanta shot through my nose and it still hurts. 10/10. It's that funny. Did I mention the characters are hot? I totally would let Ophelia dom the shit out of me...IF THAT WAS AN OPTION. FEMDOM TAG WHEN?!

The only flaw is the repetition of updates-old dead content. Everything else is perfect, and I'm not even fond of the taboo "i" word.

The humour in the writing is top notch. I've never chuckled so much at a game on here.

This game it's really good, the tone of funny script it really captives you to keep playing, the chemical between the character are really well written, the renders are well done, and the animation too, you can completely shut down NTR, the female characters look really hot, so you will not be disappointed if you play.

Hot set of characters, especially Breanna.

The renders are a bit dry for my taste though and not just the previous release but in general. The story is kinda off putting and wonky a lot of times, it tries too hard to be humorous. The facial expressions is another turn off. The Hunter character is the biggest turn off because he’s very rapey even towards his own daughters. Like there’s nothing appealing about a rapey old guy who looks like a ICU burn victim.

The MC is weird also, he started off very slim and now he’s randomly bulked up like the hulk. I thought that his whole penis situation or issue was stupid and a bit juvenile to say the least. Not my cup of tea but good luck to the Dev.

Quickie- 5/5, NTR is On or Off, Yes the old guy is a villian so hes not supposed to win, Girls are pretty, theres animations, there are no stats to grind its all events, no its not that fucking kind of sandbox, yes theres story, if you cant figure out how the game works your probably just dumb.

Review- This game is just plain FUN its not dark or serious just literally fun and enjoyable but if YOU take it to seriously your just gunna have a bad time...
Story and dialogs alone make it worth playing as it is funny and somehow fiction while also kinda realistic. The girls don't magically wanna have sex with you, and tropes from other games are picked at in subtle ways.
You have a villian in Hunter and the NTR scenes are made to feel as a punishment kinda because out of 2 choices you choose the ( REALLY obvious) wrong one in that situation so it resets back to the choice bascially being a kind of game over without actually being one as it takes you back to your wrong choice once the NTR scene ends ( or you know if you see it coming just rollback).
Each girl has a different personality and treat MC differently at start, some coldly some not, so again, not jumping on him at start he has to build relationship and overcome barriers (a big one starting with INC if you play with patches..)
Sexy scenes are animated great and the models are actually more unique than most games (havent seen moms face ANYWHERE for example). I mostly wanna see how story goes and the sexy stuff is like treat thrown in along the way. I hope the Dev keeps doing what they do and don't change anything cuz don't fix what aien't broken.

The definition of mediocre ! I will not go into details because frankly it's not worth it. Don't get me wrong this is not a bad game, Some renders are actually pretty good but other than that nothing, the game uses the models you see everywhere, the story is the same repetitive boring crap you see everywhere, the writing is pretty weak and the NTR part is pretty stupid if you ask me. If you want to attract NTR fans give them something to enjoy instead of crapping on NTR and make it a bad end; and if you Don't like it then why include it in the first place ? specially when your rival is a dumb old garbage whom you must be pretty dumb to lose to XD
To sum it up, It is a mediocre game.

One of the best games here. Easy to learn, instinctive, no splitting storylines so your head hurts trying to get all the scenes. Just sit back and enjoy the story. (Once you know how to work the system, that is.)

It starts off with a slow burn. But it's downright sexy. The dialogue is amazing, it's filled with jokes and banter, at the same time realistic(Mostly) for a family.

If you feel like stopping after 3 chapters, trust me, it gets better. Although you still don't get to fuck "family members" yet, there are scenes with a few others.

The amount kinky stuff in this game is absolutely mindblowing. And it makes sense to not be able to easily cross that line with "family"

If you're worried about NTR, don't worry, there's a off button for that. But I find it funny and since it's non-canon, most people find it more acceptable.

I didn't get what it meant at first, and if you're like me, it means its only NTR if you made the wrong choice, and it warps u back to the point where u makes the choice, so what happens is only a 'what if' situation.

Maybe that's off-putting for ntr lovers, but my opinion is that it's still pretty hot if you wanna check it out.

All in all, great game. Looking forward to more releases and hopefully future games!

One of the better games on the site. There is a lot of build up which makes the corruption/incest way better. There is enough content that it is worth playing. The updates seem to be regular. The situations constantly poke fun of the dumb writing in porn games and instead stick with something more realistic for the story of this one, as realistic as a harem incest game can get for corruption story.

It feels like a real family in a real home. The whole point of the inc genre is buildup and familiarity of the characters, and this game does that incredibly well.

This game for my tastes is merely ok. Some scenes are pretty hot and others are kind of meh. (based on 0.6)

The renders are pretty good and it runs well without any crashing or issues. I like a lot of the character designs and characters themselves. The writing is generally pretty solid too developing the characters and isn't riddled with Engrish.

All that said, I dislike that being able to turn off the NTR still has a gross old man setting up those scenes even if they don't play out, it's not really funny, just distracting. I would rather he was just removed from that option personally. Some of the scenes just aren't to my personal taste/fetish either.

all in all it's ok, pretty well made, looks nice, just doesn't hit my personal tickboxes. It may do for you though.

never thought id say this about a porn game, but came for the tits, stayed for the dialog. its funny as fuck , the models are gorgeous, and so far the story is fantastic. cant wait for the full game. apparently there is a 200 character minimum for reviews here so blah blah blah blah
