I think there will be a major plot twist. If I had to guess, it will have something to do with David... like how he died, or if he's really even dead.

But let's pretend that at first there is a scene where everything is revealed to be a dream, that's a twist... but then we realise that this is a fake reality, Sterling is stuck in the equivalent of the matrix (due to a gadget that belongs to hunter) where he is a normal young adult that is not impregnating his family members. Because back in the real world Hunter is impregnating the girls one by one...

A twist upon a twist... all just a dream until we realise that it's not a dream while also being a dream at the same time...

Yes!!!
There aren't many proper horror games set in the 1920s and 1940s here. They either go full mediaeval (with fantasy aspects) or cyberpunk. Games like this, here, are unusual because they managed to not lose themselves by developing enormous worlds and universes.
Just hope the next project does not go the "college romance" path or, lost son of a trillionaire businesses man . Too many of these games are already available.

Another note: I'm hoping that the final version of this game, complete with all of the epilogues, will include sandbox sequences (repeatable scenes till the next narrative point is reached) where players may interact with people. The original concept was scrapped, although you may see hints of it while interacting with characters at the gym, dining table, and pool after completing the last chapter.

Here's some possible twist endings I've been mentioning over the years:

A) "Cycle of Samsara" ending: Sterling wins, gets an harem, grows older and older as his many children grow up, he becomes as bitter and as abusive as his father when his male children become old enough to "prey" on "his" women, later becomes the new Hunter as ge preys on his daughters and granddaughters, restarting the vicious cycle as he gives the talk to his grandkid about the Dio del Sesso legacy.

B) "Monty Python and the Holy Grail" ending: The family all get arrested for their various crimes and are thrown in jail. Due to some mix up, the women are all sent to an all male prison, while Sterling is sent to an all female one. He is reduced into the prison toy for guards and prisoners, unaware his family is being treated the same.

C) "This is how Nnena can still win" ending: We find out the Mythical Grandfather figure from the Africa What If was the ancestor of the family, who travelled north past the desert to Egypt, from there to Magna Grecia, later Sicily the Roman Province. Small Assassin Creed parody epilogue 20 years in the future about a young man translating his mind back into his Italian ancestors fucking all over the Mediterranean, Europe and the world (One of them was on Marco Polo's trip to China, etc etc) and fucking women to discover some great secret, and the guy is revealed to be Sterling's son being groomed/mentored by his mom Lucia into it.

D) "Luck of the Irish" ending: As I mentioned once before, all the mentions of Sterling's devilish luck when it comes to overcoming hunter are actually his Irish Ancestry. Much like his italian ancestry is granting him sex god prowes, his irish one makes him really lucky during key moments of his life. The epilogue is then a Leprachaun Parody. The Leprachaun movie where they are in space btw. Candyman is also there as a reference to the never released Candyman vs Leprachaun movie.

E) "Vanilla Avengers" ending: Sterling wins, but before he can enjoy his life a portal opens and it's various other house game protagonists appearing and telling him the multiverse is in danger. Last scene is them fighting the NTR Squadron Supreme of various NTR Villains.

If I could play devil's advocate here, I think DD69-1 has a fair point, it was just communicated poorly. Perhaps he was using "advertised" non-literally, but referring to how the game is described on this very website. There have been many posts here (from you, me, and others) defending the idea that NTR is a comparatively small portion of the content in this game.

Obviously we won't know for sure until we play Chapter 13, but I think it's not unreasonable to say, based on the teasers, that the ratio of NTR to vanilla content will be dramatically different from previous chapters.
